President of the Management Board of IBG Instalbud Sp. z o.o., responsible for the group’s strategy and direction of development. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its international operations in France and Germany and consolidated its position as a leader in infrastructure construction in the Podkarpacie region.
Grzegorz Molenda
Production Manager
He is responsible for the operational aspects of project delivery — coordinating construction works, in-house resources and subcontractors.

He oversees the group’s export activities — projects carried out in France, Germany and other overseas markets.
