Starting a business
The company commenced operations on 1 July 1989, when it was legally registered at the District Court in Rzeszów under the name P.B.M. “INSTALBUD” Sp. z o.o. and registration number RHB 575.
Division of the company
On 3 January 2005, Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Mieszkaniowego “INSTALBUD” Sp. z o.o. was split up by transferring its assets to two newly formed companies: ‘INSTALBUD’ Sp. z o.o. and ‘INSTALBUD-RZESZÓW’ Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów.
The company’s rapid growth

Launch of property development activities
The first property development is located in Rzeszów on Mochnackiego Street — the ‘Corner’ project. All the properties are sold before construction is completed.
New logo and visual identity
The launch of two new logos: IBG Instalbud — for general contracting activities, and IBG Investment — for investment and property development activities. The new brand identity reflects the group’s maturity and direction of development.
Nowiny’s Golden Hundred
In Nowiny’s ‘Golden Hundred’ ranking, we were placed in the top five among the construction companies with the highest growth rates in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
IBG Installations SAS — expansion into France
On 12 January 2021, the subsidiary IBG Installations SAS was registered in France. That same year, the company was ranked among the top 100 fastest-growing businesses in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in the 2021 Forbes Diamonds ranking.
IBG Bauunternehmen GmbH — entry into the German market
The signing of the notarised agreement by the subsidiary IBG Bauunternehmen GmbH marks a new chapter in the group’s presence on the German market — one of the largest construction markets in Europe.
IBG Investment Sp. z o.o. and the Forbes ranking
The establishment of the property development company IBG Investment Sp. z o.o. and its inclusion in the prestigious Forbes ranking, confirming the dynamic growth of the IBG Group.
