We have our own, fully certified Classified Information Office, operating in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Classified Information — we ensure confidentiality, the secure handling of documentation and full data protection for contracts that are key to the public, defence and commercial sectors.

Our organisational and technical capabilities enable the secure processing, storage and distribution of information constituting state or trade secrets.

A trusted partner in public tenders
We hold security clearances entitling us to participate in tenders for restricted, confidential and secret contracts — in the public sector, the defence sector and government administration. We meet all the formal requirements of the Public Procurement Law for this type of contract.
Certified document management procedures
All exchange and storage of project documentation takes place in a physically and digitally secure environment, in accordance with the requirements of the Act on the Protection of Classified Information. We monitor every stage — from the receipt of a document through to its archiving or destruction.
Accredited sites and protection zones
We have physically segregated and accredited premises for working with classified documentation. Our workstations meet the physical and IT security requirements set out by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Military Counter-Intelligence Service (SKW).
Trained and experienced staff
All staff involved in classified projects hold valid security clearances and have completed the training on the protection of classified information required by the relevant supervisory authorities.
